5 Killer Tips To Increase Your Google Adsense Earnings With Hubpages.com
83
Hubpages.com is a great, easy-to-use website that allows users to make money through several different revenue streams including such online powerhouses as Ebay and Google Adsense.
If you haven't already signed up for Hubpages you can click here to do so.
If you are familiar with Hubpages and are looking for a to maximize your earnings through what I believe is one of the best programs on the internet for beginning webmasters and writers, Google Adsense, then you have come to the right Hub.
I have taken the experience and knowledge I learned from my first days on Hubpages up until the time I received my first check from Google (It was a Wonderful day!!!) and have condensed it all down in 5 easy tips that can jumpstart your Adsense earnings.
Keep in mind that these are just the basics and some real effort is involved but following these tips helped me to finally be able to say I made some real money online and I know they can work for you as well.
Do Your Research!
You'll never make any real money writing hubs until you understand some of the basics of writing online.
And the only way you can learn these basics is by doing your research.
I'll pause while everyone groans. I know that research usually sucks and people really don't like doing it but in this case it can really pay off.
I found that Hubpages through it's many informative hubs and forums was a great place to learn the ins and outs of writing hubs that earn money.
Most of the more experienced hubbers are more than willing to share their knowledge and expertise with anyone who really wanted to learn.
Some topics you'll definitely want to research thoroughly are keywords and how to pick and use them properly, search engine optimization, how to create useful backlinks and how to choose a topic to write about.
Write, Write, Write
It's basic math really: The more hubs you write, the more pageviews you will receive. And more pageviews means more opportunities for readers to click on Adsense ads.
It's hard, however, for most of us to sit in front of the computer hour after hour and churn out dozens of hubs a day. Some people have that ability and my hat if off to them. I, however, am not one of them.
The trick is to find that middle ground between where writing hubs is fun and exciting and where it feels like a burden or another job.
Your goal should be to try and write a new hub every time you get a chance and are in the mood. Even if this means that you only write and publish a new hub once a week. That's no problem, just try and make sure that you get that hub written every week. Do that and within a year you will have over 50 hubs generating Adsense revenue!
Don't Be Afraid To Experiment
Once you have done a little research and you want ti start putting this knowledge to use writing hubs remember this: Your Hubs Don't Have To Be Perfect.
In other words, don't be afraid to experiment and try out some ideas even if you're not 100% sure it's going to work. Every hub doesn't have to be a masterpiece.
You don't have to incorporate all your tricks and techniques in every hub. Of course, you want to maintain a base of good, well written hubs, but it's also ok to experiment and try new things.
I've stumbled across some nifty little ideas that have made me some decent money just by experimenting and throwing hubs together.
Worse case scenario your experiment fails and you wasted 10 minutes. Plus always remember that you can go back and edit any hubs you write so you have the option of tweaking any of your experimental hubs that don't do well.
Stop Checking Your Earnings Stats
This may seem like a stupid tip but let me assure you there is really something to it. I have to be honest and say that I came across this tip on another hub when I was first starting out on Hubpages. I laughed at it too. But then I decided to give it a try. I stop checking my stats everyday, 30 times a day. And guess what...
Right around that time my Adsense earnings started to rise!
I did a lot of thinking on this subject and I realized that the reason why m earnings went up after i stopped checking my stats was because I took all that time I was using before obsessing over my stats and put it to use actually writing.
You would be amazed at the time you spend staring at an earnings stats page and going over all the reports. It doesn't seem like that long but it really is. If you take that time and put it towards writing you can probably put out another hub or two a day.
Also not checking our stats keeps you fro getting discouraged. How many times have you been all set to get writing and then you checked your stats and saw that you had made $0.01 over the past 2 days and you just got disgusted and gave up for the day? It used to happen to me all the time.
When you don't check your stats daily you don't get discouraged anywhere near as often and this allows you to write more.
Still don't believe me? Well go ahead and give it a try and see what happens. I think you'll be surprised.
Promote Your Hubs
If you don't promote your hubs they more than likely won't get read. The more promotion you throw at a hub the more readers will find it and hopefully click on an advertisement.
Promoting a hub doesn't have to a difficult process either. These days almost everyone has a Twitter and Facebook account and these are two of the best forms of hub promotion around.
Other sites like Digg and Stumbleupon are also great for getting more readers to your hubs.
Take a little time and research hub promotion and then take a few minutes after you publish every hub to promote the hub and you should see a rise in your pageviews and your earnings.

Great hub. I haven't had much luck with Adsense but I may take some time to write more hubs and look for higher paying keywords. And of course, stop checking my earnings.
